Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the product and delivery destination. You can view the estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart before completing your purchase.

Shipping Methods

Large Furniture: Seino Transportation – Art Setting Delivery service
Small Items: Yamato Transport

Please note that customers are generally not able to choose the delivery method.

Delivery Date & Time Requests

Since all of our products are made to order, production requires approximately 60 days. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send a shipping preparation email to the email address you provided at checkout.
After that, a delivery driver from our partner company, Art Setting Delivery, will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and time.

Depending on the shipping schedule, we may not always be able to accommodate your preferred date or time. Thank you for your understanding.

Estimated Delivery Time

In most cases, delivery will be completed within 2–3 days after shipping.(Japan only)
For remote islands or certain areas, delivery may take 4-6 days.

Please note that delivery schedules may be affected by natural disasters, traffic conditions, or large-scale events in your area.

Damage During Transit

We take great care to pack all items securely to prevent dents or scratches to the outer box during shipping.
However, once the package has been handed over to the delivery company, damage or accidents during transport may occur.

Minor dents or scratches to the packaging that do not affect the product itself will not be considered grounds for return or exchange.

For large furniture items delivered through Seino Transportation’s Art Setting Delivery service, the delivery includes carrying the item into your room, unpacking, installation, and removal of packaging materials. Please inspect the product carefully at the time of delivery. Neither our store nor the delivery company can be held responsible for any damage or defects reported after delivery is completed.

If you do not wish to have the item brought into your room, the product will be handed over at the designated delivery location after unpacking.
