Warranty and Repairs

At AKIRA, we provide a standard one-year warranty for furniture purchased from us. Even after the warranty period expires, or in cases not covered by the warranty, we also offer paid repair services. Please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Warranty Coverage

If any defect occurs in the product itself under normal and proper use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Even within the warranty period, the following cases are not covered:
(1) If the ownership of the product has changed since delivery.
(2) Defects caused by building structures, surrounding facilities, or any factor unrelated to our products.
(3) Defects caused by natural aging or wear and tear over time.
(4) Defects resulting from natural phenomena or environmental conditions of the residence.
(5) Defects caused by natural disasters.
(6) Defects caused by animals, insects, or plants.
(7) Defects resulting from unforeseeable phenomena based on the technical knowledge available at the time of installation.
(8) Defects caused by customer negligence or mishandling.
(9) Defects caused by use outside of normal or intended purposes.
(10) Any other case not attributable to our company.

Notes on Warranty Service

If certain surface materials or hardware are discontinued, or depending on the degree of damage, repairs may be made with equivalent or similar items.

Even for issues not covered by the warranty, repair or replacement may be possible for a fee, depending on the situation.

Please note that in some cases, full restoration may not be possible depending on the extent of the damage or soiling.
