Refund policy

Please note that all of our products are made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to personal preferences. Thank you for your understanding.

Large Items (Delivered by Seino Transportation)

Our large furniture items are delivered via Seino Transportation using the Art Setting Delivery service. This service includes delivery to your room, unpacking, assembly/placement, and removal of packaging materials. We kindly ask that you inspect the item at the time of delivery. Neither our store nor the delivery company can be held responsible for any damage or defects reported after delivery has been completed.

If you choose not to have the item brought into your room, the product will be handed over at the designated delivery location after unpacking. Thank you for your understanding.

Small Items (Delivered by Yamato Transport)

If a product is found to be defective, please contact us by email within 5 days of delivery. Upon receiving your email, we will confirm the defect based on the attached photos, and will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

If you do not receive a reply within 5 business days after sending your email, please kindly contact us again.

Items Not Eligible for Return
・Made-to-order products
・Items reported more than 5 days after delivery
・Items damaged or soiled by the customer
・Returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g. change of mind, size or color differences)
・Items shipped to an address different from the orderer (except in cases of defects)

Return Procedure
1: Within 5 days of receiving the product, please send us an email including the following information:
・Your full name
・Your address
・Your contact email address
・Photos of the defect or damage
・Your order number (as shown in your order confirmation email)

2: After reviewing your request, if a refund is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
If you have not received your refund more than 16 business days after approval, please contact us through the inquiry form.

・Depending on your email provider, software, or security settings, our messages may be filtered as spam (especially with free services such as Hotmail). If you do not receive our reply, please check your spam/junk folder or adjust your settings accordingly.
